50 minute mixed apparatus class can utilize the mat, reformer, cadillac, low chair, high chair, ladder barrel and various props. your lesson plan will be carefully crafted to span over five weeks and emphasize the fundamentals of classical pilates. as the week progress, we will gradually add in more exercises. beginner semi-privates are reserved for up to three clients.
