50 minute mixed apparatus class can utilize the mat, reformer, cadillac, low chair, high chair, ladder barrel and various props. your lesson plan will be carefully crafted. as you progress, so will your movements. semi-privates are reserved for three clients. please have your group book when you do, otherwise other clients will be able to schedule.
